Terms of Submission - Part 1 of 4
Eligibility
All US artists and US resident artists are invited to submit up to three (3) images of work in all media completed within the last three years and not previously exhibited at Art Whino or during an Art Outlet exhibition. The jurors will consider all three (3) image entries for exhibit; therefore, all three art works must be available for the entire time of the exhibition. All three dimensional work must be able to fit through Art Whino’s diagonal door opening measuring 8.5 feet. Installation and multimedia artists will need to provide monitors and associated equipment for their work.
Awards
Prizes will be awarded by Art Outlet. All decisions are final.
Entry Fee
$35 payable via Paypal to Art Outlet. The fee is non-refundable.

Image Instructions
You can upload your artwork or give us a URL.
You must label each image with your last name (all lower case), hyphen underscore (_), first name (all lower case), hyphen underscore (_) and then a two digit number starting with 0. Example: the first image would be labeled smith_joe_01; the next image would be labeled smith_joe_02, etc. Images should be compressed to 72dpi, no larger than 1800 dpi in any dimension and RGB. We do have a size limitation on our image upload form and can only accept GIFs or JPEGs. The maximum file size per image upload is 3MB.
Sales
A 50 % sales commission will be retained by Art Whino on all sales. Work will be sold at the price listed on the form unless marked Not For Sale (NFS). Art Outlet does not take a commission on sold art.
Liability
Works are insured for the sale price minus the commission from receipt of artwork at Art Whino through designated pick-up date and time. Art Outlet is not responsible for insuring the art.
Delivery
Artists are responsible for delivery, installation and de-installation (if artwork requires more than simple hanging or installation) and pick-up of artwork according to the calendar.
Installation
All pieces must be received ready for installation with proper hanging devices attached and with instructions where necessary. Art Whino reserves the right to refuse any work that is improperly presented or unsafe to hang. Large sculptural works and/or installation pieces will need to be installed by the artist. Multimedia artists must provide their own equipment (DVD players, monitors, projectors, etc.).
Agreement
All accepted works must remain for the duration of the show. Art Whino and Art Outlet reserve the right to photograph and publish accepted works for publicity and educational purposes in print and online. Artwork credits are given to the artists when reproduced. Art Whino and Art Outlet reserve the right to reject works that differ from the submitted image. Art Whino and Art Outlet are not responsible for works left after the pick-up dates following the close of the exhibition. Submission of an entry constitutes understanding and agreement with all the conditions set forth in this form.
